Course Overview

The Public Speaking Course is a comprehensive, pre-recorded, self-paced program meticulously crafted to enhance your public speaking abilities. The course includes a variety of instructional materials, exercises, and assessments aimed at improving your confidence and effectiveness as a speaker. By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.

 

Fee Structure

The fee for the Public Speaking Course can be paid through two options:

Option One: Full Payment of AED 970 + VAT, which must be settled by bank transfer or credit/debit card payment.

Option Two: Monthly Installments of AED 490 + VAT which must be settled by credit/debit card payment.

Refund and Cancellations

Given the digital nature of the Public Speaking Course, all sales are considered final. Once you receive access to the course materials, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances. We encourage you to review all course details and prerequisites carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations and needs.

Course Access and Completion

Upon successful payment, you will be granted lifetime access to the pre-recorded materials, which includes videos, workbooks, and other supplementary resources. Access credentials are issued on a personal basis and are non-transferable. Any attempt to share your login information or course materials with others is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access to the course without any entitlement to a refund.

Upon completing all course modules, you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are automatically issued and will bear your registered name. No additional certificates will be provided.

Content Use

All course content, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, templates, and supplementary materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The content remains the exclusive property of Step Up International FZC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the course materials solely for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of course materials in any form is expressly forbidden and will be met with legal action.

Course Updates

Step Up International FZC reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance the course content at our discretion. While we strive to provide you with the most relevant and valuable information, there is no obligation to offer ongoing updates or additional content after the initial purchase is completed. 

Disclaimer

While the Public Speaking Course is designed to impart valuable skills and techniques, success ultimately relies on the participant's commitment and effort. Step Up International FZC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or achievements. Individual results may vary based on personal circumstances, prior experience, and application of the skills taught in the course.

 

Release of Liability and Agreement Not to Sue

By purchasing the Public Speaking Course, you agree to release and discharge SUI from any liability or claims that arise, even if caused by negligence. You further agree not to sue or assist in any claims against SUI for any loss or damage resulting from your involvement in the course.

1.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this website and the Public Speaking course are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by SUI, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

2.  ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS / LIMITATIONS ON USE

You affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in these Terms and Conditions. If you are provided a password to access the Public Speaking Course portal, then that password is for your personal use only unless otherwise specified. You agree to be responsible for the security of your password.

Participants should refrain from creating unauthorized social media groups using SUI names.

3.  PRODUCT DELIVERY / MEMBERSHIP SITE / CONDUCT

A. Where applicable, the Public Speaking Course website and content are meant for personal development purposes only.

B. Use of content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.

C. You understand and agree not to provide false information about yourself, to impersonate another individual, or to provide misleading or false content.

D. You agree that any ideas, suggestions, or improvements that you provide to SUI about SUI’s products or services shall be owned by SUI and that SUI is free to include such ideas in future products without compensation to you.

4.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All materials, information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Public Speaking Course content are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use. The Public Speaking Course content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SUI and its agents do not warrant that the Public Speaking Course content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that this website and the Public Speaking Course portal will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Public Speaking Course content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this website and the Public Speaking Course portal are solely at your risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply to you.

5.  RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SUI from any liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or any damages arising call from my participation in the Public Speaking Course, even if caused by the NEGLIGENCE of SUI, either active or passive.

6.  AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE

I agree at any time now or in the future, to institute any lawsuit or cause of action against SUI or have anyone else claim on my behalf, or initiate or to assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages in respect to any loss or damage due to my lack of participation in the sessions and following the instruction and guidance of my coach/trainer.

7.  APPLICABLE LAW / WAIVER OF TRIAL / VENUE HEADINGS

I agree that this Release shall be subject to the laws of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Should this Release be violated and a suit be brought against any of the Releases, I hereby waive my right to a trial. 

8.  WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I understand that by signing this Release, I am giving up necessary legal rights, and I intend to do so, and I do so of my own free will and with full acknowledgment of and agreement to the terms and conditions in this Release.

9.  MONITORING AND RECORDING

I accept that the Public Speaking Course may be monitored or recorded. I agree not to record this training by audio or video recording and acknowledge that the training is not open to the public viewing, including by streaming video. I acknowledge that all copyright in the training and any materials created for such training is the property of SUl only, and no license or assignment in any contents is granted to me. The content of the training and all materials including pdf contents shared in the training (digital workbook contents, etc.) are the intellectual property of SUl or the respective trainer/coach and are protected by copyright. They may be used exclusively by the registered participant to whom they were made available. In particular, publication, even if only in part, reproduction, distribution, and editing are prohibited, as is the recording of an event in audio or video or through screenshots. Legal proceedings may be initiated in the event of any misuse.

WITHOUT LIMITATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF ANY RIGHT THAT I MAY HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM FOR LOSS OF ANY KIND AGAINST THE RELEASEES. IF ANY ATTEMPT FOR A CLAIM IS MADE, I UNDERSTAND I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DEFENSE COSTS INCURRED BY THE RELEASE.

 

By purchasing the Public Speaking Course, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
