TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for The Roadmap to Success Program conducted by Step Up International FZC (SUI), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Applicant Requirements

Must be above 18 years of age.
Must have a ZOOM account. Download the recent version here
Participants must attend the sessions via computer or tablet, not a phone.
Participants must attend sessions from a quiet place with no interruptions and stable Wi-Fi.
Cameras must be turned on during all LIVE virtual sessions.
Respectful conduct towards other participants is mandatory.

Fee Structure

The fee for the Roadmap to Success program can be paid through two options:

Option One: Full Payment of AED 2,970 + VAT, which must be settled by bank transfer or credit/debit card payment.

Option Two: Monthly Installments of AED 270 + VAT which must be settled by credit/debit card payment.

Non-payment of fees: Non-payment of fees may result in the withholding of attendance at training sessions and access to the members' portal.

NOTE: The sessions are not recorded for participants' review. If you miss a session, you also won’t have access to the slides and the recording of that session.

Withdrawal, Refund and Cancellation

In the event that you decide to withdraw from the program, by the terms of this Agreement, you must provide notice to SUI at the email address: [email protected]. Please state the reasons for the decision to withdraw.
In the event that you cancel after attending one whole month of the program, there will be NO REFUND, and you will be charged 100% of the program fees. However, if you cancel within the first month of attending the program due to a lack of satisfaction with the quality of the program, SUI will charge you a cancellation fee of five hundred dirhams (AED 500). This fee will be due at the time of cancellation and will be deducted from payments already made. All remaining amounts of money that have not been expended will be returned to you within thirty (30) days from the day of your cancellation. Please note that you agree and acknowledge that the cancellation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
There will be NO REFUND for the monthly installment payment. When you pay the amount of AED 270 + VAT for two virtual coaching sessions per month, these sessions are only valid for the month that you paid for. If you miss a session, you can’t transfer this session to the next month.
If your card is not successfully processed through our payment gateway within seven days, your participation in the Roadmap to Success program will be canceled automatically. You will need to reapply to the program.

Release of Liability and Agreement Not to Sue

By participating in the Roadmap to Success program, you agree to release and discharge SUI from any liability or claims arising from your participation, even if caused by negligence. You further agree not to sue or assist in any claims against SUI for any loss or damage resulting from your involvement in the program.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT AGREEMENT. This agreement is for being accepted to participate in the Roadmap to Success program conducted by Step Up International FZC (SUI).

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this website and the Roadmap to Success program are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by SUI, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

2. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS / LIMITATIONS ON USE

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age or an emancipated minor and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in these Terms and Conditions and to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you are provided a password to access the Roadmap to Success portal, then that password is for your personal use only unless otherwise specified. You agree to be responsible for the security of your password.

Participants should refrain from creating unauthorized social media groups using SUI names.

3. PRODUCT DELIVERY / MEMBERSHIP SITE / CONDUCT

A. Where applicable, the Roadmap to Success website and content are meant for personal development purposes only.

B. Use of content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.

C. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify, without notice or liability, any portion of the Roadmap to Success program.

D. You affirm, represent, and warrant that your participation in the Roadmap to Success program and the content you submit does not relate to pornography, illegal activities of any kind, occult, hate, or racism. You also represent and warrant that the content you submit does not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. SUI reserves the right to make the final decision regarding what is appropriate. SUI further reserves the right to remove content or terminate your account without prior notice for a violation of this provision.

E. You understand and agree not to provide false information about yourself, to impersonate another individual, or to provide misleading or false content.

F. You agree that any ideas, suggestions, or improvements that you provide to SUI about SUI’s products or services shall be owned by SUI and that SUI is free to include such ideas in future products without compensation to you.

G. You hereby warrant that any information you submit to SUI through this website, and in-person training are owned by you and that you have the necessary authority to submit such information. You hereby grant SUI a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use any suggestions, ideas, and information that you provide to SUI.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All materials, information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Roadmap to Success program content are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use. The Roadmap to Success program content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SUI and its agents do not warrant that the Roadmap to Success program content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that this website and the Roadmap to Success program portal will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Roadmap to Success program content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this website and the Roadmap to Success program portal are solely at your risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply to you.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SUI from any liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or any damages arising call from my participation in the Roadmap to Success program, even if caused by the NEGLIGENCE of SUI, either active or passive.

6. AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE

I agree at any time now or in the future, to institute any lawsuit or cause of action against SUI or have anyone else claim on my behalf, or initiate or to assist in the prosecution of any claim for damages in respect to any loss or damage due to my lack of participation in the sessions and following the instruction and guidance of my coach/trainer.

7. APPLICABLE LAW / WAIVER OF TRIAL / VENUE HEADINGS

I agree that this Release shall be subject to the laws of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Should this Release be violated and a suit be brought against any of the Releases, I hereby waive my right to a trial.

8. WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I understand that by signing this Release, I am giving up necessary legal rights, and I intend to do so, and I do so of my own free will and with full acknowledgment of and agreement to the terms and conditions in this Release.

9. MONITORING AND RECORDING

I accept that the Roadmap to Success program may be monitored or recorded. I agree not to record this training by audio or video recording and acknowledge that the training is not open to the public viewing, including by streaming video. I acknowledge that all copyright in the training and any materials created for such training is the property of SUl only, and no license or assignment in any contents is granted to me. The content of the training and all materials including pdf contents shared in the training (digital workbook contents, etc.) are the intellectual property of SUl or the respective trainer/coach and are protected by copyright. They may be used exclusively by the registered participant to whom they were made available. In particular, publication, even if only in part, reproduction, distribution, and editing are prohibited, as is the recording of an event in audio or video or through screenshots. Legal proceedings may be initiated in the event of any misuse.

10. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant SUI, its legal representatives, and assignees (hereinafter collectively referred to as the photographer the irrevocable and restricted right to use and publish photographs and video images of a tear which may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium and a jurisdiction, to alter the same without restriction, and to copyright the same). This includes any uses that the photographer deals with that are necessary or desirable. Thereby release the photographer from all claims and liability relating to any photographs or video images of me.

11. CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

SUI reserves the right to cancel the Roadmap to Success program and or refuse a member from participating in the training for any reason. I acknowledge that the date and time of the Roadmap to Success program may be changed for any reason, including, without limitation, a public holiday.

WITHOUT LIMITATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF ANY RIGHT THAT I MAY HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM FOR LOSS OF ANY KIND AGAINST THE RELEASEES. IF ANY ATTEMPT FOR A CLAIM IS MADE, I UNDERSTAND I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DEFENSE COSTS INCURRED BY THE RELEASE.

Additional Terms

Participants must fully commit to the program by attending all sessions, completing assignments, and reporting their progress within the measurement system.
Participants may be invited to attend additional in-person LIVE events as a special privilege. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Interested participants may explore full-time or part-time job opportunities. Positions are not guaranteed, and selected candidates will undergo a probationary period before final consideration.
Participants must successfully complete a minimum of 20 sessions within the program's timeline to qualify for final certification.
Recording of sessions (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
Sessions are not open to public streaming.
You acknowledge that you are not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees, or representations made by SUI or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of SUI unless it is in writing and expressly made in this Agreement.
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the program.
Participants must adhere to high ethical standards, avoiding any behavior that could damage the reputation of SUI.
During the program and for a period of twelve (12) months following its termination for any reason, you agree not to engage, directly or indirectly, as an employee, consultant, contractor, partner, shareholder, or in any other capacity in any business that competes with SUI's business conducted during the program, within any geographic area in which the company operates. You acknowledge that these restrictions are reasonable and necessary to protect the company's legitimate interests and do not impose undue hardship on you. Furthermore, during the same period, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or encourage any SUI employee to terminate their relationship with SUI. You also agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit business from any clients or customers with whom you had substantial contact during the program.
