Glenys Henry is an expert in education, leadership, and communication, with over 15 years of experience in the Middle East. Her coaching programs and workshops have helped individuals and teams improve communication, leadership, and overall performance in the workplace.

Glenys has coached over 350 individuals, developed more than 100 presentations, and trained teams in organizations such as Al Ahli Bank and Princess Nourah University. Her research on school-based coaching has set a new benchmark for education in the region. Currently, she delivers leadership and coaching programs internationally, empowering professionals to create inclusive and effective environments.
