CERTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
To achieve your certification, you must:
- Complete a minimum of 20 modules (2 modules per month) within twelve consecutive months*
- Pass a presentation test with a score of 80% or above
- Demonstrate punctuality and respect for other participants
- Engage actively during sessions and adhere to timelines

This program is exclusively for UAE nationals aged 18 – 38. It is customized for those who want to improve their leadership skills, have higher positions with better income, and serve their country.
Can I join if I am a full-time employee or a full-time student?
Yes, you can. We have designed this program to be non-distracting to your studies or work.
How often do we have the training sessions?

Is this a government program? Are any universities or entities involved?
Emirates Youth Leadership Program results from working with over 10,000 young Emiratis and understanding their needs, desires, goals, and dreams and the skills they need to show up as world- class leaders and influencers. From September 2018 to December 2019, the UAE Federal Youth Authority allowed COACH KARDAN to conduct monthly workshops at several youth hubs in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Ajman. As a result of over 30 powerful seminars, this program was initiated for the youth, by the youth, and with the vision, innovation, and relentless effort of its founder, COACH KARDAN.
EYL is aligned with the UAE Centennial 2071 plan, a vision for the next 50 years.
